Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as a public service institution that provides statistical data and information always wants to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS always tries to pay attention to consumer needs for data quality and services provided by BPS. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was held to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services.In 2022, BPS will again hold SKD in each unit of Integrated Statistics Service at Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS. The results of the 2021 BPS Pesisir Selatan Regency SKD are presented in the form of publication of the 2022 BPS Pesisir Selatan District Data Needs Survey Results which contain analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and satisfaction with data quality.This analysis is complemented by presentations in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI) and an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
