The value of exports originating from Sumatera Barat in Mei 2024 was US$101.39 million, a decrease of 39.65 percent compared to exports in April 2024.

The most exported category of goods in May 2024 is the animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) group amounting to US$ 69.76 million, followed by the rubber and rubber goods group (HS 40) amounting to US$ 9.90 million, and the materials category. vegetable materials (HS 14) amounting to US$7.37 million.

The import value of Sumatera Barat in May 2024 was US$34.00 million, a decrease of 12.62 percent compared to imports in April 2024.

Classes of imported goods The largest class of imported goods in May 2024 was mineral fuel (HS 27) amounting to US$24.41 million.
